Strengthening exercises

 
Strength exercises target specific muscle groups to promote growth and strength. The purpose of building strength is to prevent injury and improve bone density.
 

Strength exercises work to overload the muscle until it is fatigued. From here, it grows back stronger and protects the surrounding tissue.
 

Through a variety of movements, Stephen addresses the following:

  • Delayed onset of orthopaedic conditions such as arthritis
